5. Booking Introductory Calls with Calendly
Introductory calls can be booked using Calendly, a service provided by:

If you choose to book a call, Calendly processes the information you submit through the booking form. This may include your name, email address, selected appointment time and any other information you voluntarily provide.

The legal basis for processing the information you actively provide in order to arrange an introductory call is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract.

Calendly processes data in the United States. Calendly states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where applicable, international transfers may also be protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards permitted under Chapter V GDPR.

6. Storage Periods

Booking information relating to an introductory call may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to arrange and follow up on the call.

You can visit and read this website without booking an introductory call.
If you choose to book a call through Calendly, certain information, such as your name and email address, is required to arrange the appointment.
There is no statutory obligation to provide this information. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to book an introductory call through the booking service.
